- Attached is brand name justification for the Oracle Application Server requirement. This requirement will be purchased using a DOD ESI BPA. The vendors that have the ability to offer the requirement under their DOD ESI BPA contracts will be solicited. Therefore, this is not a solicitation to obtain quotes for this requirement, but to follow regulations to post the brand name justification on FedBizOpps.
