- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for lodging services for eligible beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO. Contractor shall furnish rooms to VA beneficiaries when specifically authorized by the Harry S. Truman Memorial VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO. The hotel/motel shall be located within five (5) mile radius of the VAMC campus located at 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201-5275. Performance period shall be for a base period estimated to begin September 1, 2009 (or date of award) through August 31, 2010 with option to extend four (4) additional one year periods. This procurement is being issued unrestricted, full and open competition. The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value and past performance in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about June 3, 2009. Due date for receipt of offers is July 2, 2009, 4:00 p.m. local time. Anticipated award date is August 1, 2009.
