Description
NSN: 3120-01-356-6970, Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning. Purchase Request Number IQC090680099052. This item is manufactured to a “Source Controlled Drawing.” Approved Sources: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage 78286), Dwg. SB5301 Rev. AC, P/N SB5301-106, NHBB (Cage 15860), P/N SB5301-106, KAMATICS (Cage 50632), P/N SB5301-106, Dover Engineered Systems (Cage 97613), P/N SB5301-106. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Part has a QCC Code of LEJ and a COQC is required. This is not a CSI item per SAP on 6/3/09. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Production Lot and Government First Article Testing is required for this part. Requested delivery is 88 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Suppliers must have JCP approval to quote this Export Controlled part. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 1,724 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 431 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 3,447 each. The minimum delivery order is 431 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 1,724 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. Surge requirements are applicable. Surge plan detailing how schedule and surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be June 19, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
