- Brand Name Justifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3B7AX9146A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Coomercial Kitchen Equipment. Any equal offered must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number. Offerors of any equal must also include descriptive literature and any proposed modifications required to make an_or equal_item conform to specifications. //CLIN 0001: 2 ea KETTLE DIRECT STEAM, TILTING, CLEVELAND MODEL KDL-25-T, 25 GALLON CAPACITY, 2/3 STEAM JACKET DESIGN, MOUNTED ON OPEN TRI-LEG BASE, FLANGED FEET, STEAM CONTROL VALVE, 50 PSI RATING, STAINLESS STEEL EXTERIOR FINISH, CE APPORVED. UNIT COMES WITH 1 YEAR LIMITED WARANTY ON PARTS ONLY. ACCESSORIES COME WITH THE UNITS AS SEPERATE LINES ON QUOTE AND ARE INCLUDED IN THE UNIT PRICE. 1. 2 EACH SCK2 STEAM CONTROL KITS- DIRECT STEAM TILTING KETTLE, INCLUDES STEAM TRAP, CONDENSATE STRAINER, AND CHECK VALVE. 2. 2 EACH TD2 2 INCH TANGENT DRAWOFF VALVE WITH STRAINER. 3. 2 EACH CHS25 SPRING ASSISTED COVERS (25 GALLON). 4. 2 EACH SPKT SINGLE PANTRY FAUCET, WITH SWING SPOUT AND MOUNTING BRACKET FOR TILTING KETTLES. //CLIN 0002: 1 ea CHARBROILER, ELECTRIC COUNTER GARLAND/US RANGE MODEL NO. EDU-30B. UNIT IS A DESIGNER SERIES CHARBROILER, ELECTRIC, 30 INCHES X 17.25 INCHES COOKING AREA COUNTERTOP. UNIT COMES WITH GRATE LIFT HANDLE, INFINITE CONTROLS, GREASE DRAWER, STAINLESS STEEL FRONT AND PAINTED SIDES. 5.4 KW NSF (GARLAND). UNIT POWER REQUIREMENTS ARE 380/50/3, 5.4KW CE APPROVED.
