NEW RESPONSE DATE FOR BIDS: JULY 9, 2009 AT 3:00 P.M. EDT. PLEASE NOTE THAT DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED INTO THIS SOLICITATION. A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2009 AT 10:00 A.M. EDT. MARK MCCORMIC, PROJECT MANAGER (PM) WILL LEAD THE SITE VISIT AND WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FACILITY PERSONNEL. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JUNE 18, 2009, EITHER BY E-MAIL TO MIRIAM HOLST (holst.miriam@dol.gov) OR GIVEN IN WRITING TO THE PM AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SITE VISIT. ALL ANSWERS TO INQUIRIES FROM CONTRACTORS WILL BE FORMALLY ADDRESSED SOON THEREAFTER.
