The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) extend the due date for receipt of proposals from June 8, 2009, to June 15, 2009. Responses to questions received from potential offerors will be posted June 5, 2009, and (2) clarify the place and time of delivery of proposals as follows: All responsible sources may submit a proposal by the solicitation due date. Offers delivered by hand, including delivery by any express mail services or special delivery services which use a courier or other person to deliver the responses in person to the NRC, should be addressed to: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Division of Contracts ATTN: Michael Turner (RS-ASL-09-312) Mail Stop, TWB-01-B10M 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852-2738 Electronic transmittal of the proposal is authorized and the documents may be sent by email to michael.turner@nrc.gov no later than the time and date established for submission.
