Description

PR No: 0021631364; This solicitation is for NSN 2915-01-310-2883, Spray Tip, Nozzle, Fuel. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Intended sources: OEM is General Electric CAGE 07842, approved sources are: Parker Hannifin CAGE 09523, Woodward FST Inc. CAGE 65065, Delevan Inc. CAGE 71895. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, intersted persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. First Article Test required. Export Control Applies. The NSN, part number, and quantities are as follows: 2915-01-310-2883; P/N 1465M16G04; 1404 each (100% quantity option.) Delivery: Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, FOB Destination, 270 days ARO. The anticipated issue date is on or about June 17, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
