- specifications for items listed in the solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is RFQ1049533-1 and solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This is a total small business set-aside. Delivery and acceptance will be at the NeuroScience Center, 6001 Executive Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland. Delivery Time is 15 to 30 days after receipt of order. The National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) has a requirement for the following items: 1) Dell PowerEdge R710 with Chassis for up to eight 2.5-inch Hard Drives (P/N: 224-4845) 2) Dell PowerEdge 2321DS 32 Port Digital Keyboard/Video/Mouse Switch w/ Virtual Media (P/N: 224-3283) 3) Dell PowerVault TL4000, 4U LT04-120HH, 800GB/1.6TB, 4 half height SAS Drives (P/N: 224-0316) Offers will be evaluated on best value in relation to price. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52-212-3, Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The quotations are due on June 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM ET and will be submitted electronically to Liem T Nguyen at ln18x@nih.gov.
