Delivery - 6 each per month 60 days ARO and reparable assets, followed by 6 each per month 30 days until order is complete. Item: 0002Description: The over and above items set forth below are not included in the scope and prices of the basic work items inB-1(a). The work called for under these items shall be accomplished when directed by the ACO in accordance with Clause 252.217-7028 entitled "Over and Above Work" and Clause 5352.291-9000 hereof entitled "Additional Over and Above Work Procedures".\par\*\par\*(1) Fixed Price Items. __RESERVED___\par\*\par\*(2) Fixed Hourly Rate Items. Item: 0003Description: Data and Reports - Not Separately Priced This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. To: TEXAS AEROSPACE, HONEYWELL, ACCESSORY TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, AIRTRONICS. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. The approximate solicitation issue date will be25 JUN 09. The anticipated award date will be SEP 09. The Government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price five year requirements type contract consisting of one basic and four option years. The best estimated quantity is 30 each per year. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO DELAY CONTRACT AWARD TO REVIEW PENDING SOURCE APPROVAL REQUESTS (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. HOWEVER, AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICATION. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
