Title: RECOVERY - Repair/Renovate 4th BCT Barracks/Flagship, Building C-1244, C-1647, and C-1943, Fort Bragg, North Carolina THIS NOTICE IS PREVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W912HN-07-R-0049/W912HN-09-D-0017. This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a Request for Proposal Development. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing A-E Indefinite Delivery Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330, size standard $4.5 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of development of a Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) to construct the following: The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, and transportation required for the Repair and Renovation of 4th BCT Barracks/Flagship, Building C-1244, C-1647, and C-1943, located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Each Barrack facility is 81,010 SF, three stories in height with 150 sleeping rooms with a 2 + 2 occupant configuration. Exterior and interior work is required for all buildings to include work in the sleeping rooms, dayrooms/kitchens, and administration areas.
