- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center at Fort Sam Houston is conducting Market Research and desires input from the industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested will be used within the Army to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. The Government is considering services to provide support services to satisfy the operational objectives of the Warrior Transition Service Department and assist the Case Managers in the smooth transition of our Warriors in transition back to full duty or civilian community. Requirement will call for 1 Lead Case Manager Assistant and 21 Case Manager Assistants. The Case Managers Assistants provide support to the RN Case Managers in assisting and helping our Warriors in Transition undergoing medical treatment and evaluations for possible separation, retirement, or return to active duty. Case Manager Assistants are also required to schedule and facilitate those services and procedures prescribed by health care providers or called for by a subsequent regimen of care. This market research will help assess the availability and market to perform services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The estimated period of performance is 1 Oct 09 30 Sep 10.
