Description

Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to College Bound Selection Service for student names and demographics. This service is being acquired for the Directorate of Admissions to support the contact of prospective Cadet candidates. The data bank provided by this contractor enables the Marketing and Media offices to reach students nationwide with information about the Academy. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons and/or firms may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by 11 June 2009, 2:00PM Noon, MDT, to the effect that comparable supplies and/or services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with College Bound Selection Service a sole source award will be made.
