Description
The purpose of amendmet three (4) is to clarify the Followings: 1. The solicitation states that a written report on Task 1 is due no later than 30 days from the initial meeting with NIST, and the written report on Task 2 and 3 is due 90 days after contract award. However the period of performance for Tasks 1 to 3 is 6 months. Is the intent that the reports delivered at 30 and 90 days are final reports on the respective tasks, and in this case why is the performance period 6 months rather than 90 days? Or is the intent that the reports delivered at 30 and 90 days are interim reports, with a final report due at 6 months? The PWS calls for a written report on Task 1 to COTR 30 days and written report on Task 2 and 3 to COTR 90 days after contract award. These are interim reports. The final report is due September 30, 2009. 2. The solicitation states that the contractor shall report progress in the form of monthly summary reports. Therefore are there 8 written reports due in the 6 month base (6 monthly reports plus the written reports on Task 1 and Tasks 2/3)? The PWS states that the contractor shall report progress in the form of monthly summary reports. These reports should summarize progress made by the Contractor on contract requirements during the reporting period in question.
