- RECOVERY The scope of work requires the replacement of 3 existing chillers on the 2 Data Chilled Water Loops of Bldg 350, with 3 new chillers and install new BACnet BTL listed DDC controls on the chillers, pumps, sensors, and actuators on these Data Chilled Water Loop systems.This firm fixed price task order was awarded under Contract W52H09-08-D-5005 which was awarded under full and open competition using best value source selection procedures to Russell Construction Co. Inc. of Davenport, Iowa on August 21, 2008. The design build and construction services awarded under this contract include the type of work designated in this synopsis.
