Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The 121 Air Refueling Wing Ohio Air National Guard has requirement to empty and clean Lift Stations and Oil Water Separators Buildings 846 and 849. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK for work to be accomplished. NOTE: Contractor must submit a Confined Space Entry Plan for this project.
