- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES INAERONAUTICS 2009 originally posted on March 26, 2009. This Announcement SolicitsProposals for a New Topic in Appendix C-2, provided as Amendment #1, to ROA NRANNH09ZEA001N. Specific Details of The New Appendix C-2 Topic, including Proposal DueDates can be accessed from the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review andEvaluation System (NSPIRES) (http://nspires.nasaprs.com ), under Open Solicitationsfor ROA NRA NNH09ZEA001N. Proposals must be submitted electronically, and all proposers must use NASAs proposaldata system, NSPIRES ( http://nspires.nasaprs.com ). In addition, the electronicproposals must be submitted by an authorized official of the proposing organization. Withthe exception of government organizations and Federally Funded Research and DevelopmentCenters (FFRDCs), participation is open to all categories of organizations, includingeducational institutions, industry and nonprofit organizations. Every organization thatintends to submit a proposal in response to this NRA must be registered with NSPIRES, andsuch registration must identify the authorized organizational representative(s) who willsubmit the electronic proposal. The electronic proposal system places requirements on theregistration of principal investigators and other participants (e.g. co-investigators).Potential proposers and proposing organizations are urged to access the electronicproposal system well in advance of the proposal due date(s) to familiarize themselveswith its structure and enter the requested information. Interested parties are reminded that until further notice, proposers will be unable tosubmit proposals intended for NASA through the Grants.gov website. All other information included in the original posting remains unchanged.
