Description: The Government intends to exercise the second Award Term for contract H95001-07-F-0001. In accordance with Task Order Clause 24, Award Term Provisions, the second period of the Award Term is 1 Sept 09 through 31 Aug 10, and Option 1 of the Award Term is 1 Sept 10 through 31 Aug 11. The estimated value is $25 Million. This requirement will transition to the resultant MiDAESS contract program once those contracts are awarded. We anticipate that JTAAS work will transition after the completion of the Award Term period described above. The Government reserves the right to exercise Option 1 as described above, if determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
