Description

This is a notice of intent to procure a single source contract with IDSC (Snap-On Tool) of 2801 80th ST, Kenosha WI 53143-5656 for technical hardware and support for 17 each L5CHHP 7600 Pocket PC’s compatible with the Snap-On TCMAX tool inventory system. The contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.301(a) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. If someone other than IDSC Snap-On Tool believes they have the capability of providing these Pocket PC’s that will be compatible with the existing snap-on TCMAX system to include the required training days on the new equipment, provide in writing specific qualifications, to include prior contracts and prior performance information. The contract is anticipated to be for a one time purchase, to include technical support training on the Pocket PC unit interface with the IDSC TCMAX system. Any change shall be authorized only by the Contracting Specialist, Robert Parvin, and will be issued by written addendum. Convincing evidence of your ability to provide these items must be provided NLT 10 days from this notice or NLT 1400 hrs 15 June 2009.
