REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,544 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. This space must be contiguous and located on the ground floor. The Government also requires 17 reserved parking spaces to be designated for use by the US Government, with additional parking spaces available for public use. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
