Description
Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Architect/Engineering services for an A/E to provide preparation of design development drawings, construction documents, project specifications, cost estimates, code certification, schedule of submittals, and construction period services for Project 573-09-605, Replace MISS Trayveyors (FCA D). This project will provide complete design documentation for two new Vertical Tray Conveyor Systems at Medical Instrumentation and Supply Services. Interested firms shall have the capability of engaging all additional disciplines as necessary to provide a complete proposal. Estimated construction cost of this project is $250,000-$500,000. NAICS code for this project is 541330. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Potential contractors must be registered in CCR (www.ccr.gov) and Vet Biz (www.vetbiz.gov) at time of submission of their qualifications in order to be considered for an award. Area of consideration: Firms must be within a 200 mile radius of the VAMC, Gainesville, FL. Please submit your qualifications and past performance data on SF330 (architect-engineer qualifications).
