- *********DRAFT***********DRAFT***********DRAFT***********DRAFT********** THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION The Contractor shall provide management, administration, and qualified employees to perform Administrative and Technical Support Services for United States Army Garrison, Installation Housing Office in their effort to meet critical requirements through the development of Task Orders consistent with the stated purpose of the resultant contract. Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor personnel performing services on this contract are knowledgeable of the assigned work and familiar with safety and health precautions necessary to perform services under this contract. Contractor employees performing services under this contract will be controlled, directed and supervised at all times by management personnel of the Contractor. Notwithstanding another provision of this contract, the Contractor shall at all times be responsible for the supervision of its employees in the performance of the services. Unless otherwise noted for a specific task, services shall be performed 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week during normal business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. However, they may involve evening hours or shift work; and contractor employees may be on-call. Services may also be required on weekends and Federal holidays. Overtime hours are normally required to respond to emergencies, unusually heavy workloads, and unexpected situations that may occur due to unforeseen service requirements. Initially services shall be performed on the main installations of United States Army Garrison, Fort Huachuca, Yuma Proving Grounds, Fort Irwin, Fort Sill, Fort Leavenworth, Fort Carson, Presidio of Monterey, White Sands Missile Range, Fort Hunter Liggett, Fort Lee, Fort Bragg, Fort Drum, Fort Belvoir, Fort Myer, Fort McNair, Fort Rucker, Fort Polk, Fort Gordon, Fort Jackson, Fort Knox, Fort Leonard Wood, Picatinny, Carlisle, Hamilton, Monmouth, Fort Detrick, APG, SSC, and Redstone. The contract maybe extended to include Fort Bliss, Fort Sam Houston, Fort Lewis, Fort Meade, Fort Riley, Fort Stewart, Fort Campbell and Fort Benning. The Contractor shall provide management, administration, and qualified labor mix appropriate for the task(s) authorized to be performed within each approved Task Order. ***********DRAFT*********DRAFT************DRAFT*********DRAFT**********DRAFT
