- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 5,166 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 4,492 ANSI / BOMA square feet of contiguous office space in Slidell, Louisiana along with 7 reserved surface parking spaces. Space located on the 2nd floor or higher is preferred. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings; or in an office, research, technology, or business park with a campus-like atmosphere; or an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired for June 19, 2010. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. DELINEATED AREA: North: Northshore Blvd to Interstate 12 to Interstate 10 to S Military Rd East: Hwy: S Military Rd to Hwy 190 to Allen Rd South: Allen Rd to Voters Rd to Interstate 10 to Old Spanish Trail to Front St West: Front St to Gause Blvd (Hwy 190) to Northshore Blvd to Interstate12 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be received by June 24, 2009.
