Description

RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this notice FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY of intent to issue a purchase order for three (3) each aluminum stands for mounting water level measurement equipment enclosures in remote Alaskan locations in support of V-DATUM with an option to purchase three (3) additional stands if required for the NOAA Field Operations Division, Seattle, Washington. The aluminum stands are to be used to mount an enclosure with sensitive electronic oceanographic and meteorological instrumentation in remote locations. The stand should be made of marine grade aluminum (6061). This acquisition will be awarded as a firm-fixed price purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures, specifically under the micro-purchase threshold in accordance with FAR 13.2, Action at or Below the Micro-Purchase Threshold. The FSC for this is 3449 and NAICS code is 332721. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Robin.Resweber@noaa.gov.
