Description

Text Gate North Fork Construction Specs Erosion Sediment CONTROL Plan Folder Construction drawings Complete solicitation package The plan project is to rehabilitate an aging floodwater retarding structure, North Fork Dam (PA-406), to meet dam design and safety criteria and to extend its service life by 100 years. The projest is also designed to maintain or improve the current level of flood damage reduction and to comply with applicable design, performance and safety criteria for high hazard dams. Bidders, please complete applicable sections of SF 1442, the Bid Schedule on page 4, the Representations and certifications starting on page 43 and ending at the top of page 58. There will not be a formal bid opening. Therefore; bid packages should be sent to: USDA NRCS Attn: Robert H. Terry, Jr. 5601 Sunnyside Ave, MS 5460 Room 1-2178C Beltsville, MD 20705 Bids are due no later than 12 noon, 23 July 2009.
