- FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SURVEY PLEASE CONTACT Scott Mahoney, AMSEL-LC-CCS-E-EC, (732) 532-7508 DESC This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the Test and Inspection of 292 ea. Unserviceable M46 PDISE Electrical Utility Assemblies, NSN: 6150-01-208-9751, P/N: 13226E7046, and to salvage the working pieces into Serviceable M46 PDISE units. This acquisition is a one-time buy for the Test and Inspection of 292 ea. Unserviceable M46 PDISE Electrical Utility Assemblies, NSN: 6150-01-208-9751, P/N: 13226E7046. The Army has available the drawings with the technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of the items. The test and inspection of these items shall include but is not limited to the following: 1.Continuity test - six receptacle boxes. 2.Voltage drop & current leakage test - 2 Cable Assembly Branch, 24 ft, 20 amp (Drawing # 13226E7034) 3.Continuity test 6 Cable Extension, 15 ft, 20 amp (Drawing #13226E7032-3) 4.Check Utility Light ( dual socket, incandescent) and make sure they works. 5.Check light bulbs in the white containers and make sure they works. 6.Visual inspection on two rope assembly and M46 container. Continuity Test Check each circuit for correct wiring and continuity between all contacts. Voltage Drops (maximum) at 20 amps current flow (AC or DC) through the following circuits. Measurement Error: 3% maximum. Circuits ACircuit BLimit P1-A TO J1-AP1-B TO J1-B950 Millivolts P1-A TO J2-AP1-B TO J2-B375 Millivolts P1-A TO J3-AP1-B TO J3-B675 Millivolts P1-A TO J4-AP1-B TO J4-B950 Millivolts Circuit AB P1-A TO P1-B (Jumper contacts AB of J1-others open) 2000 Millivots P1-A TO P1-B (Jumper contacts AB of J4-others open) 1875 Millvots P1-A TO P1-B (Jumper contacts AB of J3-others open) 1250 Millvots Current Leakage Test Connect the high terminal of a 120 volt, 60 Hz power source to contact A of P1. Connect current measuring instrumentation between the low side of the power source and contact C of P1. Apply 120 Volts to Pin A and measure the resulting current. Limit: 125 Microamps maximum. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-E-EC, Building 1200W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts and services. The response should also include a statement from listed sources demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with this unit from the supplier listed above. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
