- Notice is revised to correct estimated construction budget.Design Project 557-CSI-375, Hospice Care Unit. Professional A/E services are required to prepare construction drawings and specifications, construction estimates, and provide construction period services. This project will provide for the construction of a new stand alone Hospice Care Unit to house twelve patients. The Hospice Care Unit will be located near Building 8 and will provide twelve single-patient rooms with private bathrooms and a caregiver area in each room. This project will incorporate Green Building features. The estimated construction budget is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The area for consideration for this acquisition is restricted to a 250-mile radius of Dublin, GA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541310. The small business size standard is $4,500,000 in annual gross revenues averaged over the past three years. Interested firms must submit SF 330 with appropriate documentation to Angela White, Contracting Officer, by e-mail at angie.white1@va.gov by close of business June 26, 2009. This is not a request for proposals. No material will be issued and no solicitation package or bidder/plan holder list will be issued. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. See numbered note 29.
