- Duration of Contract Period: Five years from date of award. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. PR Number: FD2030-09-06429. The proposed contract is to purchase modification kits, Readiness Spare Packages (RSP)kits and initial spares for the E-3 aircraft Fuel Quantity Indication System (FQIS). Item 0001: NSN:1560K0199579AAW; P/N: 204-45066-1 (CAGE: 81205) Description: modification/install kits; QTY: 32 EA Kits Item 0002: NSN:1560K0199579BAW; Description: RSP kit; QTY: 10 EA kitsItem 0003: NSN:1560K0193630AAW; Description: initial spares; QTY: 1 LT Delivery: FB2039/FB2037 TINKER AFB, OK 73145-9013. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) non-commercial requirements type contract with full and open competition is being contemplated for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The proposed delivery schedule is for a period of five years from the date of award of the contract. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
