THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine price and availability from potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement as follows: Equivalent Radio Equipment This is a market survey to locate sources who can provide-manufacture and deliver the following equipment. This equipment must be interoperable and equivalent to Codans SRx High Frequency (HF) Mobile Radios. Next Generation Transceiver (NGT) SRx HF Base Station Radios (minimum quantity of 5) including encryption equivalent to Codans Opt Voice Encryptor P/N 15-10507-000 (Int Fit) to communicate with existing equipment. The accessories required to support these radios consist of the following: RF Unit, NGT SRx Handset, NGT SRx Cable, Control NGT Voice 6m NGT SRx Tcvr Getting Started Guide Cradle, NGT Handset Speaker Extension, 4m lead NGT Vehicle Installation Kit 9350 Auto Tuning Antenna 9350 Antenna Installation Handbook 9350 Spring Whip, Fiber Glass, 1.6m Whip, Stainless Tapered, 1.2m Cable, Control NGT 9350, 6m Cable, Coax Assy (RG58 UHF), 6m ALE (FED STD-1045/CALM) Voltage Regulator (24v to 12v) 9350 NVIS Antenna Kit (2-12 MHz) NGT System Programmer CD Cable, NGT Programming Handset-D9F *All accessories are required to be provided at a minimum quantity of 100ea THE LISTED QUANTITIES ARE THE MINIMUM QUANTITIES NEEDED TO SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT. This equipment is being used extensively by countries with forces that are deploying to drug interdiction programs and the Global War on Terror. Shipment/Delivery Shipment of equipment to country shall not exceed 30-60 days of contract award. Vendor shall provide a delivery limited time schedule before the delivery. Contract code number on all containers is required as well. Equipment should already be in stock. No production/manufacturing time will be permitted.
