Description

The San Jacinto R.D. in Idyllwild, CA is looking for approximately 2,000 rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space must yield a range of 1,000 to 1,600 ANSI/BOMA area square feet. The lease term is five years with the right to terminate at any time after the first year with 90 days written notice. The space must be located within one-half mile of the San Jacinto Ranger District Office, 54270 Pine Crest Road, Idyllwild, CA. Space must be ready for occupancy on April 15, 2010.
