- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordancewith the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included inthis notice. This announcement and attached solicitation constitutes the only solicitation.Quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this synopsis. Thesolicitation number for this requirement is Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00253-09-T-0146. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport's requirement is for a DigitalMissile Simulator (DMS) Test Station, CLIN 0001: Base Qty of one (1). Offers shall beFOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with delivery within 12 weeks ofdate of contract. Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtainregistration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technicalinformation are available through FedBizopps as an attachment to this solicitation. Thissolicitation will be procured under a small business set aside of a commercial item. Theapplicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334513 with a size standard of 500employees. The closing date of the solicitation will be 24 June 2009 at 1300 PacificDaylight Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
