- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 7,000 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 6,072 ANSI / BOMA square feet of contiguous office space in Garland, Texas along with 10 surface parking spaces. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings; or in an office, research, technology, or business park with a campus-like atmosphere; or an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired for June 1, 2010. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm.
