Description
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking proposals from small businesses who can provide services in supporting the establishment of an active NHSC Alumni Association through the development of activities, resource offerings, and the creation of supporting materials. Critical to the success of the Alumni Association, will be the founding of new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships, as well as developing an effective long-term communication plan. The framework for the Alumni Association will be provided to the contractor upon award of contract. Proposed activities will form the underpinnings and subsequent framework of a viable association such as the development of an interactive user-friendly database, clear and logical strategies to form partnerships with like-minded organizations, the development of aggressive and robust recruiting and marketing plans, to include the development, production, and rollout of supporting materials, the formulation of a NHSC Speakers Bureau, an alumni news letter, hosting an inaugural alumni conference, and establishing an alumni steering committee. By providing the previously identified recruitment and retention activities, necessary resources, support, clinician network, and information to NHSC alumni, and current and future partners, the Corps will further its mission of improving the health outcomes of the Nation's underserved. It is anticipated that the Government with award a fixed priced contract for fifteen months resulting from this requirement. These awards will be made utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding to support HRSA's Bureau of Clinician Recruitment and Services ARRA efforts. The Government is competitively soliciting proposals for this requirement. This is a 100% small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611710. A solicitation for these services will be posted at this site on or about 15 days from the date of this notice. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for posting s and amendments to the solicitation. The Agency will consider proposals from all responsible small businesses under NAICS code 611710.
