Description

DOL099RP20712 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are being requested. See the attachment entitled: “DOL099RP20712”. 2.This solicitation is issued as Request for Proposal under RFP Number: “DOL099RP20712”. 3.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-30. 4.This solicitation is being issued as a 100 % 8(a) SET-ASIDE in accordance with FAR Part 19, under NAICS 561110 (SBA Size Standard: $7 million). 5.See the attachment entitled: “DOL099RP20712” for a detailed description of the services being procured. 6.Description of requirements for the services to be acquired: This solicitation is for the procurement of administrative management support services for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). 7.See the attachment entitled: “DOL099RP20712” for the provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, which applies to this acquisition along with all additional solicitation provisions and evaluation criteria. 8. The clause at 52.212.5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. See the attachment entitled “DOL099RP20712” for contract clauses which apply to this acquisition. 9. Proposals must be submitted no later than noon, July 13, 2009. See the attachment entitled: “DOL099RP20712” for additional details. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO LOPEZ.PATRICE@DOL.GOV AND MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN NOON JUNE 19, 2009. QUESTIONS NOT SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL OR SUBMITTED AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
