Description: RECOVERY--Complete all labor, equipment, tools and materials, including unloading, to produce and deliver 2,600 oak or locust hardwood splitrails. Each splitrail will be standard to the industry, triangular shaped and sized, rough sawn, 11 foot long rails. The rails shall be cut from logs that are between 12-16 inches in diameter.
