NO SOLICITATION WILL BE UPLOADED UNDER THE "R" - ALL OFFERORS ARE TO REFER TO THIS FA8533-09-Q-23653 ITEM 0001: NSN 6625-01-344-9277RH, Part Number A-A-58047, Signal Generator. Requirement is to establish an IDIQ ordering contract with a quantity of 1 - 100 each for the Basic Period, guaranteed minimum is 20 each. Also included, 4 Option Periods, 1-50 each. Materials : Electronic Function : 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz Signal Generator with AM, FM, pulse modulation (PM) Dimensions: Length: 24.0 inches, Width: 17.00 inches, Height: 8.00 inches ITEM 0002: NSN 6625-01-508-4205RH, Part Number A-A-59274, Signal Generator. Requirement is to establish an IDIQ ordering contract with a quantity of 1 - 200 each for the Basic Period, guaranteed minimum is 20 each. Also included, 4 Option Periods, 1-75 each. Material: Electronic Function: 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz Signal Generator with AM, FM, pulse modulation (PM) Dimensions: Length: 14.60 inches, Width: 13.00 inches, Height: 6.50 inches The approximate RFP issue date will be on or around 30 April 2009. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Brandi.Moody@robins.af.mil with copy to Kathryn.Canady@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS.
