- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91237-07-D-0011-0032. Perform drain lengthening at Sutton Lake, Sutton, West Virginia. This project will be awarded as a firm fixed price task order under contract W91237-07-D-0011. Contract W91237-07-D-0011 was awarded under full and open competition with use of best value source selection procedures to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. of Lexington, Kentucky on 21 May 2007. The drilling services proposed to be awarded under this contract include the type of work designated in this synopsis.
