NSN 6150-01-088-3657, PR number IQC09134009019, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical, used on the A-10 Simulator. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 9, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 36, Max Contract Qty per year is 72. Orders are to be shipped within 61 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Approved sources are Northrop Grumman,CAGE 26512; Miller Stuart Inc., CAGE 52977; and DCX-Chol Enterprise, Inc., CAGE 60118. P/N 160D841209-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is June 30, 2009 with a closing date of July 30, 2009.
