Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC REQUIREMENT: The General Services Adminstration wants to lease 59,441 ANSI BOMA Office square feet in Research Triangle Park, NC. The lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. The space must yield a minimum of 68,357 rentable square feet containing 59,441 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous space for use by government personnel, furnishings and equipment. The Government will consider space on contiguous floors; Floor plates must have a potential for efficient space layout. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The offered space must be located in a professional business park and a modern, Class A building with amenities within 1/4 mile of location. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire, life and seismic safety and must comply with ADA accessibility. Flood plain certification is required. LOCATION: All offered properties must be located in Research Triangle Park, NC bounded as follows: NORTH: East Cornwallis Road to the intersection of Fayetteville Road to the intersection of S. Miami Boulevard; SOUTH: State Route 540 to State Route 55; EAST: S. Miami Boulevard to State Route 540; and WEST: State Route 55 to East Cornwallis Road. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Owners or Authorized Representatives desiring to submit a location for inspection should forward information by 5:00pm EDT, June 29, 2009. Expressions of interest should include only building name and address, location of space within the delineated area, amount of rentable square feet offered, amount of ANSI BOMS usable square feet offered and contact information for owner or authorized agent/representative. Any properties submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
