- RECOVERY: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The General Services Administration (Mid-Atlantic Region) plans to utilize existing Multiple-Award Indefinite Quantity contracts GS-03P-04-DXD-0023, GS-03P-04-DXD-0024, GS-03P-04-DXD-0025 to procure Construction Management as Agent (CMa) Services for the Richard H. Poff Federal Building Modernization Project, located in Roanoke, VA. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder(s). This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated Indefinite Quantity contractor(s). This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 and Product Service Code R499.
