- This Invitation for Bid is sponsored by the Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement Appalachian Region AML Emergency Federal Reclamation Program Office in Pittsburgh, PA. Successful offeror will be required to clean and video inspect the drop inlets and 500 to 1200 linear feet of 8 to 24 inch diameter piping system. Estimated price range is under $30,000. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and On-Site Bid Opening will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Prospective bidders are to meet at the project site in Forward Township, Allegheny County, PA. Time of bid opening will be determined at the conclusion of the site visit.
