Description

Solicitation Addendum Solicitation Cover Sheet SITE VISIT Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after the contract award. A site inspection will be held with prospective offerors as follows: Place:Social Security Administration Altmeyer Lobby 6401 Security Blvd Baltimore, MD 21235 When:Wednesday, June 24, 2009 Time:9 a.m. It is requested that a list of the attendees to the conference/site visit be provided, via e-mail, to Derek.Easter@ssa.gov no later than 3 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, June 23, 2009. For security reasons, individuals not on this list may not be granted access to the facility. Each company is limited to no more than two representatives. Individuals are required to have a valid U.S. driver’s license in order to gain entrance into the building. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT SCHEDULED.
