- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Adam Mountain, Contract Specialist, email: adam.mountain@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9F0409AX, NOUN: Light, Navigational, NSN: 6220-01-571-8879; P/N: OX33942/07, UH-60 Airframe, Quantity: 50 each on a restricted firm fixed-price type contract with deliveries to Texarkana, TX applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. Required delivery is 50 each 250 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to; Oxley, Inc. (CAGE: 3R006) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
