Bid Bond, Standard Form 24 Amendment One to Solicitation - must be acknowledged with bid ON JUNE 8, 2009, I POSTED A SPLICE DETAIL SHEET TO CLARIFY A QUESTION THAT HAD BEEN POSED AT THE SITE SHOWING CONCERNING THE ABILITY TO WELD THE SHEETPILE. i NEGLECTED TO UPLOAD A STANDARD FORM 30 WITH THAT DETAIL SHEET. THE SF-30 IS THE AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION. THIS AMENDMENT ONE MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED WITH YOUR BID. PLEASE SEE INFORMATION IN ITEM 11 - SF30. ALSO ATTACHING A BID BOND, STANDARD FORM 24 AS THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR IT.
