Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN BECKLEY, WV STAR #: 9WV2010 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,478 rentable square feet in Beckley, WV. The space should yield 9,111 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Northern boundary begins at the intersection of Route 41 and Ward 4 moving eastward East: Eastern boundary is that of Ward 4. South: Southern boundary is that of Ward 4 moving westward to the intersection of Ward 4 and Route 19. West: Western boundary is that of Route 19 moving northward, intersecting with Route 41 continuing northward, and rejoining Ward 4. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five years (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 15th, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
