- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W52H09-09-R-0062. DESC: NSN: 5340-01-343-5605, PART NUMBER 12591225, Clamp, Loop, is used on the M119 A1 Towed Howitzer. Material: Steel composite 1095 overall, overall width: 1.130 inches nominal, Material thickness: 0.038 inches no loop. Inside diameter: 16.6 inches nominal. This will result in a firm fixed price, Five Year Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 100 each, Clamp, Loop. Estimated requirements for five years is Year 1-100 ea, Year 2-80 ea, Year 3-85ea, Year 4-120ea,and Year 5- 100 ea. The maximum quantity over the life of the contract is 1000 each. Estimated issue date is 30 Jun 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
