Approved Source: Fairbanks Morse Engine (82796), P/N 16300396. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. Requested delivery is 210 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited on an Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 374 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 1 July 2009.
