- Description
- The Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs, is seeking to identify a single vendor interested in providing a broad range of acquisition support services in direct support of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (RECOVERY ACT). To ensure successful implementation of its Recovery Act Projects, BIA is looking for a vendor to provide the following types of services, to include, but not be limited to:Acquisition PlanningAnalyses of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)Audit SupportContract AdministrationContract Close-out SupportDevelopment of evaluation plansDevelopment of solicitation packagesInvoice processingPreparation and assembly of contract filesPreparation and submission of correspondencePreparation and submission of updates to contract status reportsProtest SupportRecord and file managementTask Order Management. Contractors may be required to utilize various Government systems during performance of work under thiscontract. Location of work will be at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, located at 1001 Indian School Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. Contractor should be able to provide qualified personnel for these services by July 15, 2009. The NAICS for this procurement is 541611, Professional, Administrative & Management Support Services.
