Description
The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAVAIR WD), China Lake, CA, 93555 anticipates increasing the quantity to existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple AwardContracts (MACs) for multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs). The following contracts were originally awarded from solicitation number N68936-07-T-0139: (1) N68936-09-D-0010, N68936-09-D-0011, N68936-09-D-0012, N68936-09-D-0013, N68936-09-D-0014, N68936-09-D-0015, N68936-09-D-0016, and N68936-09-D-0018. The quantities for CLIN 0001, fabrication, shall increase from 150 by 300 to 450. The quantities for CLIN 0002, population, shall increase from 150 by 1500 to 1650. Contracts affected by the increase in quantity and any new contracts that shall be awarded as a result of the upcoming solicitation shall have a "Not to Exceed" (NTE) maximum combined dollar threshold of $5M. Existing awardees need not respond. Awards shall be made to fabrication and/or population houses separately, or to both, whichever maybe most advantageous to the Government. The minimum number of PCBs to be procured is one (1) with a unit issue of "each" per IDIQ contract. For any orders in excess of the minimum quantity, each IDIQ contractor will be given a fair opportunity to be considered. Delivery of all line items will be FOB Destination with the destination and time defined within each delivery order. Award will be issued under the authority of the test program for commercial items (FAR 13.5). It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued during Jul 2009, with an anticipated award date of Oct 2009. Once the written solicitation has been posted, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
