Pre-Award Package CDS Terms and Conditions 300-236-09 BID PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE ADDRESS BELOW BY July 9, 2009, 3:00PM CENTRAL TIME: ATTN: Solicitation 300-236-09 Southeast DNO 225 N Humphreys Blvd Ste 4126 Memphis, TN 38166-7071 FAXED OR EMAILED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED The supplier should INCLUDE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF FUEL GALLONS, THE COST PER GALLON, AND THE TOTAL COST FOR FUEL to be purchased on line 6 (fuel) of Form 7468A, Highway Transportation Contract – Bid or Renewal Worksheet. Fuel will be adjusted in accordance with the Fuel Management Program (see the enclosed Fuel Management Program document dated February 11, 2009). All parties submitting a proposal will continue to receive a formal notification of contract award. The notification will identify the successful vendor and price. The solicitation may require a supplier to submit with their proposal information that was not previously requested in advance of the closing date. The vendor must carefully review Section D.1.2 of the HCR Terms and Conditions (February 27, 2009) for information to be provided. Your bid must include all operational, labor, and miscellaneous expenses that you expect to incur pertaining to this contract. Such expenses may include (but are not limited to): Driver/Drug Screening Maintenance of equipment (e.g., oil, tires, vehicle repair) Salary Profit The Postal Service reserves the right to award this solicited service with or without discussions.
