Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement for Fuel. The solicitation is W912JV-09-T-2012 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by 7 July 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to nicollette.kennemer@ng.army.mil 1,1 The Supplier shall furnish the following supplies/services if and when requested by the Contracting officer during the period of 20 July 2009 through 30 September 2013. 1.2 Scope of Work A.Delivery of JP-8 or JET-A+ with Prist equivalent fuel in 2000 US-Gallon quantities or more to undetermined locations throughout the sate of Oregon in support of Oregon Army National Guard Aviation operations. B.Fuel will be delivered and transferred to military fuel tankers. For bidding purposes use an average delivery cost. Actual delivery costs will be paid when delivery order is created for a known location. C.This fuel delivery contract is developed to ensure Oregon Army National Guard Aviation is supplied in a manner consistent with the commanders objectives. It is a requirement that the contractor meets all federal and state OSHA and environmental requirements as part of the contract. D.Projected annual requirement is 60,000 gallons of JP-8 or JET-A+ with Prist equivalent fuel during the fire season. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
